Open Source Applications
We at kObjects.org like the idea of open source software. kUI is dual licensed under the GPL and a proprietary license, so if your Software is licensed under the GPL or a compatible license, you can use kUI freely in your own software product.
Proprietary Applications
If your business model requires not to share the source code of your product, you can use kUI, too. However, in this case, you need our proprietary license, since the GPL does not permit linking with closed software. The proprietary license is associated with a small fee.
